Coeliac Mums Club/Gluten Free Little Cook

Hi, I’m Nicky, mum to 2 teens, one who has coeliac disease. Grace was diagnosed 5yrs ago. After one or two different ventures, I created Gluten Free Little Cook to focus more on children, as they’re so often expected to eat ‘adult food’. I’be I've now written two books, both on Amazon. One to help parents when their child is newly diagnosed so they can learn quickly & easily. I found that information was spread out, not all in one place, so I wrote the book I’d have liked when all this began. To celebrate this 5yr anniversary of diagnosis, we collectively wrote a book for kids that is getting amazing reviews online. I’m so thrilled it’s helping kids learn in a fun, easy & interactive way. And finally, if not already busy enough, I launched the Coeliac Mums Club at the beginning of June. A place for mums to find support & connection with other mums in the same situation, regardless of whether you’ve been doing it for years, recently diagnosed or under investigation. We had our first virtual online meeting tonight & shared experiences & help. If you’ve a child starting school in Sept, you’ll definitely want to join in. Mums sharing the best info to keep your child safe.

I'm a UK-based food blogger who writes about coeliac disease and life on a gluten free diet, mixing a lot of deprecating humour alongside tasty gluten free recipes. In short, I want to help you love food as much as I do - with or without gluten! Diagnosed with coeliac disease nearly 20 years ago, I'm on a mission to create the best gluten free recipes since sliced bread. No fruit salads or dry, boring brownies here.
